Return and Exchange Policy 1. Dear customer, we are pleased and proud to serve you and to have your trust in us, and we hope to provide everything useful for you and your business comfort. 2. The customer has the right to exchange any product within 5 days from the date of the invoice or to return it within a maximum of 48 hours. The company apologizes for not accepting any return or exchange request after the specified period. 3. The customer has the right to exchange or return the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging in the carton, without installation, and kept intact until reaching the warehouse, in good condition, with the original invoice present, and in the same original condition, without opening the carton or removing the stickers on the product, while observing the delivery and exchange deadlines. 4. The customer is not entitled to return or exchange any product that has been requested for installation or has been installed. 5. The company does not bear the costs of exchange, return, or transportation if any. 6. In case of any manufacturing defects in the product, the company will cover the replacement of the damaged item and bear all shipping costs. 7. The customer must review the invoice upon receipt, ensure, and thoroughly inspect the goods to confirm that all items match before the installation technicians leave the site. The company bears no responsibility after the work is completed and the technicians leave the site. If there are scratches or cracks, the store manager must be informed immediately before the technician leaves the site, and the damaged, broken, or scratched items will be identified at that moment, and the time taken to resolve the issue will be provided. 8. The customer must fill out the attached statement with the return invoice and sign it. The refund will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 25 days. 9. The exchange and return do not include goods that are in the same condition (i.e., the last piece in the showroom). * This policy does not apply to items that are the same as in the showroom. ** This is subject to the terms and conditions of Athar Al-Emad Furniture Company Limited Liability, special orders, projects, and tenders.
